CEO Statement on Supplier Diversity

Consilio is committed to developing business relationships with companies owned by minorities, women, and other traditionally underrepresented demographics including veterans, disabled persons, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We also seek to do business with HUBZone and other certified small businesses. In 2021 we launched Consilio’s Supplier Diversity program, with the goal of increasing opportunities for diverse and small suppliers that can provide high quality, innovative, and cost-effective products and services.  

Sourcing from these types of suppliers strengthens the efficiency and reliability of our own procurement. It also enables us to better serve our clients by helping to improve the diversity of their supply chains. While Consilio operates as a global enterprise, we recognize that doing business with diverse and small companies is an important way we can support businesses in the local communities where we work and live.  

Consilio’s Supplier Diversity program is part of our broader commitment to corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Improving the diversity of our supply chain is good for Consilio, our clients, and our communities. To this end, our program is fully endorsed and supported by Consilio’s Executive Leadership Team.
