Drew Macaulay is Managing Director at Consilio in London, where he advises European clients on the technical and workflow aspects of large scale regulatory and internal investigations and litigation disclosure exercises. Drew has management responsibility for Consilio’s staff and offices in Western Europe.
Drew has worked in the eDisclosure/eDiscovery industry for more than ten years. He has particular expertise in the management of data collection and processing, complex multilingual searching and document review for cartel investigations, regulatory inquiries involving the financial services sector and IP litigation and arbitration. Matthew is a Vice President, Global Information Governance Advisory Services, at Consilio, based in Los Angeles, California. He is a non-practicing attorney with over 16 years’ experience. His unique perspective provides an unbiased risk and cost-minimizing approach towards managing and protecting data. Mr. Miller has enabled his clients to mitigate risks and reduce costs by improving processes, enhancing existing investments, while obtaining increased productivity from people and technology resources. Matthew specifically focuses on providing information governance, data privacy, eDiscovery, and forensic investigation solutions to his clients.
Leading the Information Governance Advisory Services practice, Matthew’s team of professionals consult corporations and law firms on developing and/or improving data privacy and information governance workflows, while leveraging technology to solve real business challenges. John is responsible for leading growth through the Mid-Atlantic region of Consilio’s Global Sales Organization. As Managing Director at Consilio, Michael Becker supports international financial and industrial companies and law firms with comprehensive planning and management of eDiscovery, computer forensics and managed-reviewed solutions. James MacGregor is a Managing Director in charge of the Consilio sales team in the United Kingdom. MacGregor has more than a decade of forensic technology and document review experience both in the US and UK. Prior to joining Consilio, MacGregor was a Senior Consultant at Inventus and Vice President of European eDisclosure Services at FRONTEO USA. MacGregor is also the founder of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists’ (ACEDS) UK chapter. He currently sits on the board and is responsible for chapter membership.

As Senior Vice President of Products & Marketing at Consilio, Pete is responsible for the overall product strategy and product management of Consilio’s products and services line, and is also responsible for product marketing, demand generation and marketing communications to enable Consilio’s global sales force.

Warren Kruse is a vice president with Consilio, a provider of eDiscovery, cyber response, and computer forensic services. He has spent the last twenty-five years between law enforcement and as a consultant supporting various agencies with incident response, computer forensics, and eDiscovery.
Mr. Kruse, author of “Computer Forensics: Incident Response Essentials”, is the past International President of the High Crime Investigative Association (htcia.org) and Past President of the Digital Forensics Certification Board (www.DFCB.org).
He has supported projects across a wide range of major U.S. corporations and agencies. In addition, he led a team of computer forensic experts in a three-year engagement in support of a fraud investigation task force at the world’s largest international cooperative organization. Jonathan Fowler currently serves as Vice President and CISO for Consilio. He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the fields of Electronic Discovery and Digital Forensics, and advises clients on all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) from effective information governance strategies through document production and presentation. As a project manager, Tatyana Kendinian is responsible for overseeing our clients’ most complex matters, from data processing through final production. Ben Rusch is a Vice President of Document Review Services at Consilio and responsible for all managed review projects in Europe and Asia. During his time at Consilio, Ben has set up and overseen review projects in Japan, Germany, Belgium and the U.K., involving review teams that natively spoke English, Japanese, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkish and Kyrgyz.
Prior to joining Consilio, he worked as an Associate for some of the world’s leading law firms. He qualified as a solicitor with Herbert Smith (London) where he worked in their Equity Capital Markets department. He also worked as an Associate in the EU & Competition department of Ashurst (Brussels) and as an Associate in the EU & Competition group of SJ Berwin (London).
Ben has extensive experience in EU merger control and advised clients in the UK, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Russia and Brazil on complex mergers across a wide range of industries.
While in private practice, Ben also dealt with multiple cartel investigations and was part of the legal team which, in the context of a worldwide, multi-authority cartel investigation, worked on one of the most high-profile leniency applications to date. He also set up compliance programmes for two of the largest companies in Europe and advised non-EU law firms on EU leniency procedure.
Ben is a regular speaker at conferences, has presented on financial services data together with the founders of EDRM and has published on Risk Modelling as well as Competition Law enforcement priorities.

Mr. Ashley is a computer forensics expert and electronic discovery consultant and since 1989 he has qualified and testified in these disciplines on approximately 80 occasions throughout the US and Europe.
Previous Professional Experience
Most recently Mr. Ashley was the Chief Executive Officer of Ashley Litigation Consulting and previously the National Practice Leader and Executive Vice President for consulting and computer forensics at First Advantage Litigation Consulting.
Prior to moving to the United States Mr. Ashley was the head of the Greater Manchester Police Department’s Computer Examination Unit, at that time the largest criminal computer forensics unit in Europe. Mr. Ashley was responsible for overseeing computer examinations in Manchester, England, North Wales, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. He was often requested by other international agencies and jurisdictions to conduct and supervise electronic retrieval projects and computer forensic investigations.

Mr. Ashley regularly advises corporate clients and counsel on issues involving electronic evidence preservation and collection. He has presented to the Houses of Parliament and taught courses on computer evidence recovery at Bramshill Police Staff College, the British Computer Society, and various universities including the American University in Washington, DC.
Mr. Ashley’s work has been featured on The Learning Channel, The Discovery Channel and he was interviewed on the television news program 60 Minutes in connection with techniques he used to successfully prosecute a high profile mass murder case in the United Kingdom. Adrian is a Managing Director at Consilio, formerly Proven Legal Technologies.
Throughout his career Adrian has provided advice to lawyers, regulators, corporate entities, not-for-profit organizations and other stakeholders in relation to forensic investigations and e-disclosure projects in both the public and private sectors in the UK and also internationally.
He specializes in advising clients on the early stages of electronic disclosure and is recognized as a leading, UK expert in the processes of Identification and Data Mapping. This expertise leads him to draft Electronic Document Questionnaires and attend Case Management Conferences, in civil litigation, and formal responses to Regulators, in regulatory defense matters.

Michael is the head of Strategic Sales on the west coast for Consilio. Karl Torke has served clients in the legal industry for 17 years, first as a practicing litigator and for the past 13 as an eDiscovery and legal services consultant. He began his career as a commercial litigator and has since focused on providing project management and comprehensive document review solutions for large and complex matters to Fortune 500 corporations and law firms. In his current role, Nick leads our U.S. Project Management Office to support the successful execution of large scale electronic discovery projects, and has provided process improvement consulting.
