What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
I wear a lot of hats in my position. I find that I must constantly stay on my toes to assist our flex talent, clients, and my team with day-to-day issues. Finding solutions to complex problems is something I really love about my job. I have secretly enjoyed figuring out how the various systems work, and more importantly how the ELS group fits into different equations.
Favorite engagement you ever worked on?
I have worked with so many people and engagements that I can’t even count! When I look back, I remember working in Lexolution’s first document review facility in NYC. At that time, we had so many different engagements for various clients going on in our space at one time. I learned so much during that early time in my career, from timecard entry, to expenses, to invoicing, to managing hundreds of (very interesting) people. It was quite the learning experience for me and something I reflect on often.
A fun fact about you:
I played volleyball in college. I was a swimmer my whole life but when I discovered volleyball as a junior in high school, I was hooked and ended up earning a scholarship. I still love being athletic and playing sports with my husband and two sons.
