Environmental Reporting

We currently report our ESG metrics to both EcoVadis and CDP.

EcoVadis is a third-party platform that assesses and rates the sustainability performance of companies and their supply chains.

Our 2025 score is 53/100 giving us a "committed" rating, scoring above 50 in each of the 4 pillars (Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

CDP is an independent environmental disclosure systems which enables companies to manage their environmental impacts.

Our rating for 2024 is D for climate.

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), is a collaboration between CDP, The United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute, the World Wide Fund for Nature and We Mean Business Coalition.  SBTi shows business how much and how quickly the need to reduce their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to prevent the worst effects of climate change.

Consilio has made a formal SBTi commitment and will published our targets in due course.

These internal values perfectly complement the brand values we want our clients to recognize us for. As we attract, hire, develop, and retain our team members, Our True North outlines the behaviours that we expect, value and reward. It is who we are and what we care most about.

Consilio is committed to making a positive contribution to human rights, corporate integrity, and the safety and wellbeing of workers across the global supply chain. These principles apply to all aspects of Consilio's business, and encompass all suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants, agents and other providers of goods and services (each a "Supplier" and collectively "Suppliers") that provide products, software, or services to Consilio or to any of its clients either directly or indirectly.

Modern Slavery

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights.  It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Consilio is committed to complying with existing national and local laws and regulations in the jurisidictions in which we operate, including but not limited to, those relating to slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, immigration, data protection, health and safety and the environment.

Consilio aims to develop relationships with our supply chain based on mutual trust and all dealings will be conducted in a professional manner at all times.  We will request that suppliers acknowledge that they, and their subcontractors are compliant with national and local legislation in order to increase sustainability, environmental and ethical best practice within the supply chain and encourage this through regular engagement.

The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain is the responsibility of all those working for Consilio or under our control.
We publish a Modern Anti-Slavery Statement annually.  You can read our latest statement here.
