ESG Reporting
We report our ESG metrics and other program information to EcoVadis, a third-party platform that assesses and rates the sustainability performance of companies and their supply chains.
Consilio received an EcoVadis score of 53/100 in 2025, placing it above the threshold in each of the four EcoVadis pillars—Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. EcoVadis ratings are based on self-reported data and reviewed using their proprietary methodology. This score does not represent a formal certification or endorsement.
Sustainable Procurement
Consilio expects all vendors, contractors, consultants, agents and other entities that provide products, software, or services to Consilio to operate in accordance with the principles reflected in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which establishes minimum standards related to ethics, human rights, and workplace safety. These expectations reflect our aspiration to progressively improve working conditions across our supply chain while recognizing that not all suppliers may currently meet these standards in full.

Modern Slavery
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
Consilio is committed to complying with national and local laws and regulations in the jurisidictions in which we operate, including but not limited to, those relating to slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, immigration, data protection, health and safety and the environment.
We encourage all those working for or on behalf of Consilio to be vigilant and report concerns. Prevention and detection efforts are supported through internal policies and guidance.
