Washington D.C. – June 10, 2020 – Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, risk management and legal consulting services, announces the appointment of Tim Yost as chief financial officer. Yost succeeds Dale Bowen in this role.
Yost joins Consilio from Axiom, where he has served as chief financial officer since 2016. Yost brings more than 25 years of corporate finance experience to the company. He has also served as CFO at both Clark Construction and Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) prior to joining Axiom. Yost earned his master’s degree from George Washington University and his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
