What do you find most fulfilling about your role?
Where do I begin? For me, it is a trifecta: Co-workers, Clients, and Candidates.
It takes a village. The team I work with in our ELS space is great. Many of us have worked together for two decades and we have a collaborative team-oriented environment. To say they are all awesome is an understatement.
Additionally, the clients are amazing. After working with our team for many years, they are not only clients but often friends. We have assisted several clients in the progression of their respective career paths. For one client/candidate, we have placed three generations within their immediate family.
To many of our clients, we are an extension of their recruiting arm, a sounding board, a vehicle to learn more about industry trends, and a true staffing partner. Candidates are also a fulfilling part of the job. Helping someone find a job, whether a direct hire placement or a temporary role is extremely rewarding. We value and recognize our candidates are also our clients. The team and I are invested in ensuring the candidates have an all-around positive experience working with Consilio.
Favorite engagement you ever worked on?
There have been so many, it is hard to choose. This year I received a referral, and the client has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The Partner reached out with several direct hire attorney positions, which one of our Talent Managers successfully filled. In addition, the client had been struggling with recruiting on their own to fill an HR Manager role. Our success with the attorney placements was recognized by the Partner and we were provided the opportunity to work on the HR Manager opening, which was successfully filled as well! Both the Partner and the HR Manager continue to reach out to Consilio with their respective staffing needs. We are their solution to their staffing challenges!
A fun fact about you:
I grew up in a small town in Southwestern Pennsylvania and won the playground jump rope contest five years in a row!
