What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Having the opportunity to grow, develop, and learn every day, while at the same time, helping the members of my team I manage do the exact same thing. I love that I can take everything that I have learned in my professional career when it comes to team building and program management and use that to help navigate my first professional management role.
Favorite engagement you ever worked on?
The Contracts Program I currently co-lead a team for. It’s fantastic to have the freedom and responsibility of developing the Contracts Program while having the support and knowledge base of my current Consilio manager, Blake Sandven. Not to mention, it’s even better to have an excellent co-team lead in Trevor Tinberg to help ease the growing pains of a project that’s continuously expanding.
A fun fact about you:
I am an avid runner and will try to run at least 70 miles a week, not even the subzero temperatures of Minnesota will stop me!
