What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
Connecting people, whether it has been finding employment for an aspiring candidate who might have fallen off the traditional legal employment track or assisting a client/colleague/friend by providing them with the perfect person for their opening/project. I have always felt like it was a very productive day when I have played a role in connecting people in a way that improves both of their lives.
Favorite engagement you ever worked on?
My favorite engagement has really been multiple engagements starting almost a year ago working with partners in both the GRO and SCS on matters for an American retail corporation. What started out as a conversation about feedback a client I have been working with for many years had provided, has grown to a true partnership with Mike Manfredi, Stachia Ullmann and their teams. It has truly been a successful collaboration where we have been able to deliver for the corporation and their outside counsel, by incorporating input from all parties to come up with a solutions oriented multifunctional teams spanning several engagements.
A fun fact about you:
I have two active daughters, now aged 12 and 13. I have coached them in most of the sports they have played over the years: soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. We have had varying degrees of success, sometimes that is measured in wins, but most of the time is it about being a good teammate and getting to spend time with friends… I will say I might be most proud of winning the fourth grade co-ed flag football Super Bowl with the only all-female team in our division! A core memory for all of us, during a Covid plagued fall season.
