What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
For me, this industry has always been comparable to the concept of an ecosystem. There are so many interconnected puzzle pieces that rely on each other to not just exist but thrive. Each client or project is its own puzzle, and everyone wins when you figure out the right way to put the pieces together. Sometimes you know exactly what to do, and other times you need to get creative; it keeps things interesting.
Favorite engagement you ever worked on?
I’ve had a lot of cool opportunities in client/project management, program development etc – but this last year in Enterprise Accounts (EA) has been the most exciting and fulfilling. Nearing the end of 2021, our EA team formed, and we had the opportunity to define a foundation that would support the growing list of team members working inside some of our biggest clients. Spending 2022 focused on operational governance, and more importantly, getting to know the roster of talent we have on these teams has been my favorite adventure so far.
A fun fact about you:
I’m not all that interesting, but my father-in-law is! He sang the famous song, “Believe It or Not (Theme from “Greatest American Hero”). I didn’t realize that song is everywhere until I joined the family.
