What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
My practice has historically been very broad and interesting, and I like it that way. I enjoy the variety of matters that come before me and occasionally dealing with novel legal issues.
Favorite engagement you ever worked on?
For one large client, I “trained” an artificial intelligence system on contract review and analysis. AI is rapidly transforming the world and especially the provision of legal services. It is interesting and fun to be involved in this groundbreaking technology.
A fun fact about you:
I am an avid fan of history and serve on the board of directors of the Texas Historical Foundation, a charity committed to the preservation of Texas history.
