What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
I appreciate diving in and trying to parse, understand, re-align and work through complex employee relations issues and then facilitating creative solutions. I liken interviewing parties during an investigation to working on a puzzle and enjoy sifting through the data and evidence to reveal the big picture – the full story from all perspectives.
Favorite engagement you ever worked on?
Assessing, investigating, reviewing, and analyzing workplace complaints for a large client, although, evaluating random, challenging and never-before-considered employment law matters is a close second.
A fun fact about you:
I am number six of seven children. My mom, grandma and all three sisters became nurses…I became an attorney.
