Strategic Partnership Brings Reveal Private Deployment to Its Aurora Platform, Streamlining eDiscovery End to End and Giving Clients More Deployment Choice.
CHICAGO & WASHINGTON, D.C. (Oct. 28, 2025) – Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, and Reveal, the global provider of two leading eDiscovery and investigations platforms driven by a powerful AI engine, today announced a significant partnership to bring Reveal Private Deployment (RPD) directly into Consilio’s Aurora platform, establishing Reveal as Consilio’s premier private-cloud review partner. The collaboration delivers the deployment flexibility clients with critical data demand, while unifying technology across the entire eDiscovery spectrum to reduce complexity, accelerate insight, and improve outcomes.
Under the agreement, RPD will be available as a native private‑cloud review option within Aurora, Consilio’s digital enterprise platform that unifies legal data, dashboards, and workflows; lets clients choose AI models; and deploys data to their preferred review tools. The partnership is the culmination of a long‑standing relationship between the companies and includes coordinated enablement, formal training and certification pathways for joint clients.
“With Relativity choosing to disallow new matters in Server starting in 2028, we saw a clear need to support clients who are looking for more control over their costs than what traditional public-cloud models offer,” said Andy Macdonald, CEO of Consilio. “While we continue to partner closely with Relativity, we’re excited to meet this moment with Reveal. By offering Reveal Private Deployment within Aurora, we're giving clients true flexibility—secure, high-performance review, integrated across the EDRM.”
As legal teams grapple with rapidly evolving AI, exploding data volumes, and tightening regulatory demands, deployment flexibility has become a strategic necessity. With RPD available through Aurora, corporate legal departments, law firms, and government agencies can confidently move off legacy on‑premise review software toward modern private‑cloud infrastructure, while keeping the controls, data locality, and performance they require.
“Clients should not have to choose between innovation and control,” said Eric Harmon, CEO of Reveal. “Our partnership with Consilio gives organizations a clear path from legacy on-premise systems to a secure private-cloud review environment, integrated across the eDiscovery lifecycle and powered by our generative AI tools aji and ASK. Together, we are delivering choice in software and deployment, with a more unified experience.”
Reveal Private Deployment will be offered as a private‑cloud review option within Consilio’s Aurora platform. Clients can contact their Consilio or Reveal representatives for details on enablement, certifications, and onboarding.
“This partnership is built on a strong foundation and a shared commitment to solving real challenges for legal teams,” said Jeff Fehrman, SVP, Global Advisory at Reveal. “By aligning with Consilio, we are expanding opportunities for clients to modernize workflows, adopt AI, and operate with more flexibility and confidence.”
