Consilio Names Jessica Kaman Chief Financial Officer

Washington, D.C. – October 20, 2026 – Consilio, a global leader in technology-enabled legal services, today announced the appointment of Jessica Kaman as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Jessica will lead Consilio's global finance organization, supporting the company's continued growth and long-term business strategy.
Jessica brings more than two decades of finance, treasury, and corporate development experience across telecommunications, technology, and services organizations. Since joining Consilio in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Finance, she has led the company’s FP&A and Treasury functions and played a key role in supporting Consilio’s strategic growth initiatives. She also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2024 before being permanently appointed to the role.

Before joining Consilio, Jessica served as Vice President of Finance & Treasurer at GTT, where she helped finance and integrate more than 20 acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she held senior treasury and corporate finance leadership roles at The Teaching Company, Sidera Networks/RCN Corporation and Nextel Communications, leading major financing, recapitalization, and investor relations initiatives.
