Our Talent
At Consilio, we employ a wide variety of talent working at the top of their professions. As the world’s leader in legal technology and services, we offer fulfilling, challenging career opportunities in a broad range of disciplines.
Our Diversity

The extraordinary diversity of Consilio's employees is a key driver of our success. And by “diversity” we mean all the different characteristics that make each of us unique. It's where we come from and how we were raised—our nationalities, cultures, languages, education, and generations. It's how we live and work—our life experiences, work history, military service, religion, and ways of thinking and working. It’s how we identify—our gender, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
We are proud of the broad range of backgrounds represented by our people around the world. By contributing a wide variety of perspectives, our employees generate innovative ideas to solve problems, reveal more efficient ways of working, build strong relationships with teammates and clients, and foster a welcoming culture that attracts and retains the best talent.
How We Connect
Communities of Belonging

Whether working remotely or in a location with a physical office, employees at Consilio have access to a variety of communities in which to connect with peers, express themselves, and grow and thrive professionally.
In office locations, Consilio's monthly Power Weeks create opportunities for employees to regularly come together and connect. Depending on the location, you might enjoy treats like milkshake pop-ups, themed lunches, swag giveaways, bingo games, or watch parties — and in some offices, even join in friendly building competitions. It’s all about building connections and adding a little extra fun to the workday.
Employee Affinity Groups at Consilio

The Consilio Neighborhoods initiative brings together employees from various departments, backgrounds, and career stages to foster new connections, build relationships, and support each other in achieving our shared goals. Each Neighborhood features community discussions about topics both personal and work-related, as well as regular challenges and fun events designed to boost competitive spirit, spark creativity and learning, and bring us closer together.
Creative Connections
To facilitate connection and belonging across geographies, business functions, and professional roles, we offer a number of engaging platforms for employees to interact with each other outside of our day-to-day work.

ConsilioWorld is our annual, virtual, all-employee event that brings teammates together from across the globe to hear from colleagues and clients, receive updates from leaders in our business, and network with peers.

Consilio Coffee Connections are virtual, informal gatherings designed to bring employees together for meaningful conversations and shared experiences. With themes ranging from cultural celebrations to interactive games, Coffee Connections foster a sense of community, inclusion, and belonging in our global workplace.

ConsilioX Talks are an internal employee skill-sharing program that showcases the diverse expertise, experiences, and passions of our team. Through engaging presentations or facilitated Q&A sessions, employees share productivity tips, insights into their roles, or personal interests. These talks celebrate knowledge-sharing and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth at Consilio.

What We Believe
Living Our Values

Consilio’s core values—our True North—guide how we interact, communicate, make decisions, collaborate, and lead. Our True North represents a direction forward for our clients, our business, and ourselves. As we attract, hire, develop, and retain our team members, True North outlines the behaviors that we expect, value, and reward. It is who we are and what we care most about.
In early 2026 we published our refreshed True North values, and we look forward to exploring throughout the year how to honor those values in everything we do.

Committing to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Consilio remains committed to creating a culture of inclusion, respecting the diversity of our employees, and treating everyone fairly. We know that embracing the diversity of perspectives and experiences among our employees around the world will foster innovation and improve problem-solving for our clients. Our culture of respect and belonging boosts employee engagement, enables collaboration, and enhances retention. And ensuring fairness in our workplace allows every person to reach their full potential and contribute to Consilio’s success in serving our clients.
Consilio’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Mission
We are driven to attract and encourage a diversity of
background, experience, abilities, and ideas.
We strive to foster a global, inclusive culture where our employees
feel valued, trusted and empowered to better serve our clients.
We cultivate and celebrate our employees’ diverse strengths.

Consilio is proud to support the Fisher House Foundation, which builds comfort homes where military and veteran families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital. Fisher House also operates the Hero Miles program, using donated frequent flyer miles to bring family members to the bedside of injured service members, as well as the Hotels for Heroes program, which uses donated hotel points to allow family members to stay at hotels near medical centers without charge. The Foundation also manages a grant program that supports other charities and scholarship funds for military children, spouses, and children of fallen and disabled veterans.

Consilio provided support for the Urban Assembly School for Law & Justice by contributing to its non-profit affiliate the Adams Street Foundation. The Adams Street Foundation funds and implements high-quality, individualized programming and counseling for low-income, underserved high school students, to prepare them for success in college and career. The majority of the students live near or below the poverty line and will be the first in their family to go to college.
How We Grow
Growth at Consilio is about unlocking potential—wherever it's located. We invest in programs that connect people across geographies, cultures, and career stages, creating a community where learning never stops. From graduate programs in South Africa and India to leadership academies and mentorship networks, we’re building an environment where every individual has the tools, resources, and support to succeed—and where our collective strength drives innovation and inclusion.
Finding Our Future Talent
Developing Our Next Generation of Leaders
Core Manager Training is Consilio’s foundational program for people leaders, combining three live, interactive sessions with self-paced online learning. Participants connect with peers, build leadership skills, and create a personalized action plan to apply what they’ve learned. Topics include employment law for managers, communicating direction, delegating effectively, providing feedback, and running impactful 1:1s — equipping leaders with the tools to lead with confidence and consistency.
- “Great content and conversations. Loved being able to flesh out management concerns with a group of colleagues.”
- “I learned a wealth of knowledge and enjoyed discussing the various topics. It kept me motivated.”
- “Plenty of food for thought regarding giving feedback and conducting more meaningful 1:1s.”
- “Unless one has a degree in management, opportunity leaders such as myself don’t realize that there is a whole lot more to being a lead than the daily tasks. This program opened my eyes.”
Boost is Consilio’s 3-month manager development program designed for both new and experienced people leaders. Through four live virtual learning sessions, self-paced modules aligned to our leadership framework, and three personalized coaching sessions, participants strengthen their skills, share experiences with peers, and focus on their own leadership growth in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Consilio Leadership Academy (CLA) is an innovative initiative at Consilio for establishing our next generation of senior leaders. This intensive leadership development program brings together a diverse cohort of high-potential leaders to prepare them for future executive positions at Consilio. In 2024, the CLA cohort included significant geographic and cultural diversity, with participants from India, the UK, and North America.
In 2024 we continued our various mentorship programs, including those sponsored by our WE-Together and Proud@Consilio employee affinity groups. For these programs, any member of the affinity group may apply to become a mentee, including allies. This year we were thrilled to have many mentee-mentor pairings that spanned the globe.

Learning with Curiosity
- We hosted a Day of Understanding open to all employees, which explored how to build meaningful relationships across global cultures and promote a sense of inclusion and belonging that transcends geographies and time zones. The session featured Andy Molinsky, one of the world’s leading experts on working cross-culturally, collaborating across borders, and adapting to new cultural contexts while staying authentic to ourselves.
- We created a LinkedIn Learning path for our global employee base centered on Cultivating Inclusive Relationships Across Cultures. Courses helped employees become competent in bridging different cultures and working effectively with teams around the world.
- We introduced innovative AI learning and idea-sharing initiatives to prepare for the future. School of Prompt equips employees with practical skills for working effectively with generative AI, while HeyAI invites every employee to share ideas on how AI can drive efficiency, enhance client and employee experiences, and create new value for the business. Together, these programs foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
