We are contacting you to let you know that from December 19, 2025 we will be introducing AI powered tools into our recruitment and selection process to support us in this mission.
We are doing this to improve our services, and to open more roles/assignments up to you than ever before.
What you need to know
Data We Use:
- CV content including qualifications, work experience, skills, and achievements
- Application responses and cover letters
- Assignment preferences and availability information
- Educational background and certifications
AI Processing Activities:
1. Resume/CV Summarisation
- Our AI creates concise summaries of your resume or CV to help our team quickly understand your background
- Summaries highlight key qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to our assignments
- All summaries are reviewed by our team before any decisions are made
2. Candidate Scoring
- How it works: Your profile receives scores (typically 0-100) based on alignment with specific assignment requirements
- Scoring criteria:
- Relevant work experience (years and type)
- Required qualifications and certifications
- Technical skills and competencies
- Industry experience and knowledge
- Relevant work experience (years and type)
- What scores mean: Higher scores indicate stronger alignment with assignment requirements
- Human review: All scoring is reviewed by our team who can override AI recommendations
3. Assignment/role Matching
- How it works: Our AI compares your profile against current and future assignment opportunities
- Matching factors:
- Skills alignment with job requirements
- Experience level matching assignment seniority
- Location preferences and availability
- Career progression indicators
- Multiple matches: You may be matched to several assignments if your profile fits multiple opportunities
- Proactive contact: We may contact you about assignments you didn't specifically apply for
4. AI Chatbot Screening
- When used: For initial screening conversations (you'll be notified beforehand)
- What it does: Asks standard questions about availability, preferences, and basic qualifications
- Human handover: Complex queries are transferred to our team
- Your choice: You can request to speak with a human at any time
- Data collection: A summary of the conversation and a copy of the full transcript will be saved to your file within our recruitment systems
Our Safeguards:
- We carry out regular algorithmic bias testing across all demographic groups
- We carry out quarterly fairness audits of AI decision outcomes
- We continuously monitor for discriminatory patterns
- What We Don't Score or Assess On:
- We do not score or assess based on any protected characteristics. You will be assessed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications – without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political viewpoint, or other classifications protected by law.
- Personal circumstances unrelated to job performance
- Social media activity or personal interests
- Educational institution prestige (focus on relevant qualifications)
