For twelve years, Lindsay has provided comprehensive document review solutions to corporate industry leaders. Lindsay assists corporate and law firm clients with strategic process development and implementation to meet e-discovery needs, minimize risk and achieve maximum quality and cost effectiveness.

In her current role, Lindsay leads Consilio's global managed review solutions team with over 19 review centers and 2,400 workstations worldwide supported by a team of 80 review managers. Lindsay is responsible for developing and managing effective process implementation, technology enhanced review solutions and optimized workflows to best serve Consilio's clients.

James has been with Consilio since 2016 and is a Senior Director in the Digital Forensics and Expert Services (DFES) group.  James’ role at Consilio involves the leadership and oversight of the Chicago and Mid-Atlantic/D.C digital forensic and eDiscovery teams, creation and monitoring compliance of defensible processes and procedures relating to digital forensics and eDiscovery, managing high profile and/or highly complex collections for litigation matters, supervising forensic analysis and examinations, and providing expert services via testimony or consulting.  James is actively involved with our CLE and speaking programs and conducts training for internal and external clients.

James began his career in the Digital Forensics space in 2003, while working at the Avis Budget Group.  There, he learned to forensically image various types of media and equipment, and working with the Human Resources and Legal partners, conduct internal employee investigations.  James grew the role to include internal eDiscovery efforts and helped create and shape internal policies and best practices.  James worked on dozens of investigations while working for Avis and partnered with local and federal law enforcement agencies when necessary to provide evidence and investigation history. James worked in this role until 2011.

In 2011 James joined the parent company of Lexis Nexus, Reed Elsevier, as the “Senior eDiscovery IT Liaison”.  His role here was to facilitate eDiscovery requests by creating partnerships within the various organizations and business units of Reed Elsevier, use his forensic skillset to aid in unauthorized access or “breach” events, and perform internal investigation work as directed by the Global Compliance team. 

In addition to his day-to-day work, James also presents CLE classes and webinars on behalf of Consilio covering a variety of eDiscovery and forensic topics.

Xavier Diokno is a Senior Vice President at Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review and legal consulting services.

Xavier Diokno has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Southern Illinois University, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a juris doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Xavier worked in the information technology industry for ten years in database administration and software development. For more than a decade, Xavier was part of Consilio’s Data Analytics group, where he oversaw the team’s tripling in size, as well as numerous large-scale projects involving Technology Assisted Review, Immediate Case Assessments™, and novel analytics research. Xavier now applies his technical and legal experience to overseeing Consilio’s Innovation initiatives, including researching new technologies like artificial intelligence and developing their application to legal services.

Representative engagements include:

• Served as main analytics point of contact for several AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 corporations
• Managed projects involving predictive coding and responding to government second requests

Buddy provides general advice, costs and completes on-boarding for law firms and corporations in relation to litigation, investigations, data breach incident responses, compliance audits and competition related matters.

He often organises training seminars for our consultancy team to educate on topics such as predictive coding, being ‘Raid Ready’ for dawn raids and approaching disclosure/discovery from a technology perspective.

He is a member of the UK/EU Competition Law Practice Group at Consilio and can support on competition matters, including merger control, cartel investigations, competition audits and internal investigations, with experience handling matters involving the CMA, European Commission and other European National Competition Authorities.

He was directly involved in supporting clients in 35 competition related matters between 2019-2023 across the UK and EU, including Phase 2 investigations (CMA, European Commission and CNMC), horizontal/vertical investigations (including RPM), competition audits/programs and follow on litigation related to competition infringements.

Jane is a former practicing litigation attorney. For the past 12 years, Jane has successfully worked with corporate in-house legal departments and law firms to design and implement legally defensible and cost-effective processes for collection, processing, managed review review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) utilizing AI technology. Additionally, Jane assists her clients with non-litigious legal data initiatives, including M&A Due Diligence, Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Government and Internal Investigations, Bankruptcy, and Contracts Review.

At Consilio, Jane is responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of strategic accounts spanning numerous highly regulated industries. In addition, she is responsible for driving the use of value- based business development strategies specific to the Pharmaceutical vertical.  Jane draws upon her litigation experience and her years of industry experience put her clients’ needs first.

As the Global Head of Cyber Response Solutions and senior member of Consilio’s Client Services team, James focuses on helping clients and their counsel develop and implement effective strategies when impacted by data privacy and cyber incidents.

With 15+ years of legal, eDiscovery, and cyber response experience, James has consulted on and managed highly complex engagements for clients across a range of industries including the financial, insurance, and technology sectors.  As the Global Head for Consilio’s Cyber Response service offering, James uses this expertise to assist clients impacted by a range of privacy and cyber incidents including Business Email Compromise, Ransomware, and Data Exfiltration. Working hand in hand with clients, their breach counsel, and cyber forensic firms, James and his team offer clients a range of services when responding to an incident including data collection and hosting, analytics-driven data mining, document review, and notification report generation. James’ team leverages Consilio’s global footprint, allowing the team to provide services in jurisdictions across the world while ensuring clients are complying with local privacy regulations.

Additionally, James is an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law where he teaches a course on Electronic Discovery. He is also a frequent speaker and panel moderator on topics relating to data privacy, cyber incident response, and eDiscovery.

James received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Business Administration and his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston Salem, NC. He is based in North Carolina and has maintained an active license to practice law there since 2007.

Greg is the Head of Global Sales for Consilio and is based in New York. With more than 20 years of legal industry experience, Greg is well regarded for his ability to build and sustain high-performance sales organizations to deliver exceptional client service. He draws upon his experience as SVP of a nationally recognized legal services provider to assist Consilio’s global law firm and corporate clients facing investigation and litigation challenges.

Allison has worked in the eDiscovery field for over fifteen years and focused on various areas of the EDRM throughout that tenure.  For the past ten years, she has focused on Analytics.  Currently, as a Vice President of Analytics, she is part of a group of 35 lawyers and programmers fully dedicated to leveraging analytics. She is responsible for the Analytics group’s case deliverables and project execution.

The Consilio analytics team specializes in custom analytics solutions for complex eDiscovery matters across a wide variety of situations, often with competing considerations.   The team provides clients and counsel with a comprehensive view of their data, including pattern recognition and substantive analysis.  This actionable intelligence allows Allison and the team to consult and assess the merit and workability of solutions in each set of circumstances.

Allison’s skillset combines a legal education with a technical aptitude.  As such, she facilitates communication between clients and investigators, attorneys and technical eDiscovery experts, outside counsel and review teams.  She enjoys sharing her analytics expertise with her team, with clients, and through CLE programs and presentations. Given the increased reliance on technology within eDiscovery, she knows analytics is here to stay.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience providing dedicated client service as an attorney and consultant, Maureen engages with Consilio’s customers to ensure a best-in-class client experience. She works cross-functionally across the company to develop and deploy best practices that embed Consilio’s commitment to service excellence, and to deliver the highest levels of quality and value. She seeks opportunities to create differentiating moments for clients—from bespoke educational sessions to loyalty programs to peer networking events—to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.

Maureen also serves as Consilio’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer. She leads the development and implementation of the company’s strategies, policies, and programs for ensuring a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. Partnering with Consilio’s internal and client Advisory Boards on Diversity & Inclusion, Maureen guides the organization in carrying out its mission of attracting and encouraging a diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and ideas; fostering a global, inclusive culture; and celebrating employees’ diverse strengths.

Maureen is a respected industry thought leader, speaking and writing frequently on significant issues that impact Consilio’s clients, such as current challenges for legal professionals around data privacy and security; strategies and tactics for engaging in cross-border discovery; the latest developments in e-discovery law and practice; and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.

Prior to joining Consilio, Maureen was a partner at Paul Hastings LLP, where she represented Fortune 100 and other multinational companies in complex employment litigation, including class and collective actions. Maureen also co-chaired the Firm’s E-Discovery Practice Group. In that role, she advised clients on various e-discovery issues, such as identifying and inventorying sources of electronic information, drafting legal hold notices, and developing protocols for document collection, storage, and management. She also consulted internally with attorneys at the Firm on e-discovery issues, and helped develop best practices for litigators engaged in e-discovery.
