Experienced Global General Counsel Brings ProvenLeadership in Governance, Risk, and Growth Enablement

WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 30, 2025) – Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, today announced the appointment of Tricia Kinney as Chief Legal Officer, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Andy Macdonald.

As Consilio continues its growth through the Aurora digital enterprise platform and its tech-enabled services, Kinney joins the executive team to lead global legal, compliance, and governance functions. She succeeds Mike Flanagan, who will continue to advise the company on key initiatives and support the transition.

“Tricia is an exceptional legal and business leader whose experience driving governance and risk programs across complex, global organizations will be invaluable as Consilio continues to scale,” said Andy Macdonald, Chief Executive Officer of Consilio. “Her track record of aligning legal strategy with business growth makes her a strong addition to our leadership team. I also want to recognize and thank Mike Flanagan for his years of trusted counsel and steadfast leadership—his influence on Consilio’s success has been extraordinary.”

Kinney brings more than two decades of experience leading legal teams at major public and private enterprises, including BlueLinx, ServiceMaster, and Kimberly-Clark. Her expertise spans corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise risk, and compliance. Known for building high-performing teams and transforming legal functions to enable growth, she will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Flanagan, who has served as Consilio’s General Counsel since 2019, has played a critical role in guiding the company through multiple acquisitions, integrations, and periods of significant expansion. He will remain engaged with the company during the transition and continue to contribute to strategic projects.
