Benchmarking Performance Series
Consilio and The General Counsel Forum are pleased to announce the launch of the 2016 Law Department Benchmarking Performance Series.
This series of short, simple performance surveys is designed to provide in-house professionals insight into metrics and trends driving law department operations.
Each survey, consisting of no more than 10 questions, will provide participants free access to industry benchmarks and peer comparisons with results announced at the end of each quarter.
