A Heightened Attention to Maintaining an Inclusive, Supportive Culture
Based on employee surveys, more than 80% of our employees believe that Consilio is an inclusive organization.
Employee Affinity Groups
created an outlet for people to discuss difficult issues and share personal experiences. BRAG in particular played an important role in helping employees cope with the racial unrest in the US. Consilio Life offered a fun, positive way for employees to come together on social media.
The mission of B.R.A.G. is to shine a light on the injustices experienced by members of the Black community, whether social, systematic, or occupational. Through its efforts B.R.A.G. aims to Liberate, Educate, Assimilate, and Participate (“L.E.A.P.”)
