More than 10,000 users now log into Aurora daily as legal teams push AI adoption beyond pilots and into the way they actually work

Washington, D.C., March 2, 2026 — Consilio today announced an expansion of the Aurora Legal AI Suite that adds two new capabilities: Aurora Verity Review, an advanced review platform built for AI-integrated legal workflows; and Legal Operations Intelligence, a new family of AI-powered legal operations tools. More than 10,000 users now log into Aurora daily, up from a client waiting list when the platform launched at Legalweek 2025.

The expansion comes as Consilio’s 2026 Global Survey Report, The Age of the Innovation Orchestrator, releasing next week, finds legal leaders under mounting pressure to operationalize AI across workflows while maintaining governance, trust, and accountability. Aurora is increasingly serving as that orchestration layer.

Aurora Verity Review

Verity Review is a full-featured document review platform built from the ground up to work alongside Aurora’s AI intelligence layer. Purpose-built for AI-native workflows, not bolted onto legacy technology, Verity Review operates alongside AI Investigate, AI Review, AI PrivGen, AI PrivDetect, and TrueLaw narrative generation, unifying investigation, analysis, and review into one connected process. Insight produced upstream feeds directly into structured, defensible work product downstream. For review teams, that means less toggling between disconnected tools and more time doing the actual work.

“As AI moves from experimentation to day-to-day operation, our clients are under pressure to apply it within their workflows without giving up governance, trust, or control," said Meredith Kildow, President, Consilio. "Verity Review is built to do exactly that. It connects directly to Aurora's DataCore and AI toolset, so data refined upstream is promoted seamlessly into review, and teams work faster without losing visibility or governance."

Legal Operations Intelligence

Over the past year, Aurora’s eDiscovery Intelligence Suite, which includes AI Review, AI Investigate, and TrueLaw Narratives, has driven significant adoption growth as clients move AI-driven workflows out of pilot mode and into daily operations. Legal Operations Intelligence extends that same approach into the broader operational work that surrounds and supports litigation, investigations, and compliance.

“Legal teams are being asked to do more with less — far beyond traditional eDiscovery,” said Raj Chandrasekar, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Consilio. “By running Legal Operations Intelligence on the same private-cloud infrastructure and governance layer as our eDiscovery Intelligence Suite, we deliver integrated solutions, consistent security, and guided AI across workflows — without the cost and complexity of piecing together point solutions.”

The suite applies AI to legal operations problems that have historically been manual, slow, or handled outside of core legal technology. PII Intelligence automates detection and redaction across documents, images, and handwriting, while Deposition Intelligence converts transcripts into structured, citable summaries. Extract Intelligence transforms unstructured legal documents into structured data, and Protocol Intelligence breaks complex legal protocols into expert-ready deposition questions. Tariff Intelligence provides decision support for trade compliance and tariff audits, and Subpoena Intelligence streamlines subpoena response from intake through payment.

These capabilities are at various stages of development, with several already in active client testing through Consilio Labs – Consilio’s global innovation incubator spanning 6 regions.

The suite also incorporates live testimony intelligence through Consilio’s recently announced partnership with Prevail. Prevail’s CheckMate platform delivers real-time AI-powered verification during depositions, extending Aurora’s reach into deposition preparation and analysis.

"I believe in the Power of And over the Tyranny of Or, and at this stage of AI development, no client should be forced to make a single choice in the race,” said Andy Macdonald, CEO, Consilio. “This expansion adds more best-of-breed AI, more review options, and more operational control to what clients already find in Aurora and our expert teams, helping them turn new advances across the ecosystem into day-to-day operations."

Platform Adoption

Since Aurora’s launch at Legalweek 2025, the platform has been deployed across the majority of Consilio’s active matters. Aurora Portal, the platform’s operational layer, gives teams unified matter visibility, cross-workflow coordination, real-time project transparency, and centralized data governance.

Separately, Consilio announced the formal launch of Consilio Labs, its rapid prototyping initiative developing early-stage capabilities based on direct client demand and built within Aurora’s architecture.

What makes this expansion different from a vendor releasing software features is that Consilio both builds the technology and runs the work. These are tools being tested and refined across real client engagements on complex, high stakes matters, not items on a product roadmap waiting for adoption.

Consilio will showcase new Aurora capabilities at Legalweek 2026 in New York. The team will be at Booth 100, the first booth on the left as you enter the expo hall, as well as its client lounge in the 4th floor pavilion.

Clients & prospective clients are also welcome to attend Consilio's March 26 webinar, Orchestrate, Choose, Review - Inside the Aurora Platform Vision, for an inside look at the Innovation Orchestrator role reshaping legal operations, the Aurora platform vision for unified AI across the eDiscovery lifecycle, and the introduction of Aurora Verity Review.
