Join Women in eDiscovery for a Mad Men inspired Charity Gala benefiting Girls in Tech – San Diego on Monday, August 5th at 6:00 p.m. at the University Club Atop Symphony Towers. This annual event raises money to support Girls in Tech’s initiatives, including scholarships to coding bootcamps, entrance fees for soft skill development seminars, and mentorship opportunities.
About Girls in Tech
Girls in Tech is a global, non-profit focused on education, engagement, and empowerment of girls who are passionate about technology. The organization was founded in 2007 to create a support framework to help women advance their careers in STEM fields. It has more than 100,000 members. GIT relies on volunteer efforts to lead its 60 chapters. GIT has a mentorship program that focuses on demonstrating the organization’s focus areas of education, engagement, and empowerment. The mentorship program has three groups: Professional Women, University-aged Women, and Next Generation Girls.
